As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, we want to assure you we are operating at our normal capacity and have no issues meeting your needs. We closely monitor developments and recommendations issued by US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization to help continue keeping our staff safe and healthy and guide our actions.
Most HELMITIN office employees are working remotely and provide direct customer support in the same way that we typically do while in the office. Our manufacturing sites have strict protocols on employee separation and protective equipment usage to ensure the possibility of spreading the virus is controlled.
HELMITIN is requiring any employee that has traveled to or from any country or community deemed high risk, to self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days upon return and to present a COVID-19 test result if they work in one of our facilities. We are asking employees who feel ill or have been in contact with others who are ill to stay home for the self-quarantine period and to present a COVID-19 test result before returning to our facilities.
