HELMICOL 3425 is a two-component solvent-free epoxy adhesive formulated to permanently install luxury vinyl tile and plank flooring, resilient sheet vinyl, rubber tile, and rubber sheet flooring, as well as rubber and vinyl stair treads. It is designed for use over properly prepared porous and non-porous surfaces and provides a superior, hard-setting bond.
